NSCLC患者EGFR、ALK基因突变状态、病理特征及与病情转归的关系分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)驱动基因与病理特征的关系,及患者经治疗后的病情转归情况。方法回顾性分析温县人民医院2015年1月至2020年1月收治的80例确诊为NSCLC的患者,采取实时荧光PCR检测技术,进行EGFR、ALK基因检测,且结合患者的临床资料分析与其与病理特征的关联。结果经分析,EGFR基因突变与患者的年龄、性别、吸烟史、病理类型有密切的关系,但与淋巴结转移以及肿瘤分期无关。EGFR基因突变的患者多为腺癌。经分析,ALK融合基因的突变率为14.29%,且基因突变与患者的年龄、性别、吸烟史、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期、病理分期等无明显关系。通过分析可知ALK基因突变的患者均为腺癌。结论根据基因突变与病理特征的关系,进而采用适当的治疗方式,可以明显提高治疗效果。 Objective To analyze the relationship between non-small-cell lung carcinoma drive gene and pathological characteristics,and the prognosis of patients after treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 NSCLC patients admitted to Wen County people's Hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 was performed.real-time PCR was used to detect EGFR and ALK genes,combined with the clinical data of patients and its correlation with pathological characteristics.Results EGFR gene mutation was closely related to age,sex,smoking history and pathological type,but not to lymph node metastasis and tumor stage.Most patients with EGFR mutations were adenocarcinoma.The mutation rate of ALK fusion gene was 14.29%,and there was no significant relationship between ALK fusion gene mutation and patient's age,sex,smoking history,lymph node metastasis,tumor stage and pathological stage.All the patients with ALK gene mutation were adenocarcinoma.Conclusion According to the relationship between gene mutation and pathological features,appropriate therapy can improve the therapeutic effect.
