锁定钢板与双钢板内固定治疗复杂型胫骨平台骨折对比研究

Comparative Study of Locking Plate and double Plate internal Fixation in the Treatment of complex tibial Plateau Fractures

目的比较锁定钢板与双钢板内固定治疗复杂型胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法将2015年7月至2019年6月在江苏省南通市通州区人民医院行内固定术治疗的复杂型胫骨平台骨折患者72例纳入为研究对象,观察组患者(n=40)采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,对照组患者(n=32)采用双钢板内固定手术治疗,比较两组患者的膝关节功能评分优良率,手术相关指标:包括手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间及术后并发症。结果观察组患者治疗优良率为77.5%,对照组患者优良率为78.1%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者手术时间、术中出血量对比,均无显著差异(P>0.05),愈合时间及术后并发症观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两种内固定方式治疗复杂型胫骨平台骨折均能取得满意的疗效,但锁定钢板更稳定,有助于促进骨折的恢复。

Objective To compare the effect of locking plate and double plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods From July 2015 to June 2019,72 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were treated by internal fixation in Tongzhou District People's hospital,Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,the patients in the observation group(N=40)were treated with locking plate internal fixation,while the patients in the control group(N=32)were treated with double plate internal fixation,operation related index:including operation Time,blood loss during operation,healing time and postoperative complications.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 77.5%,and that of the control group was 78.1%.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the operation time and the amount of bleeding during operation(P>0.05),the healing time and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both internal fixation methods can achieve satisfactory results in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures,but locking plate is more stable and helpful to promote the recovery of fractures.
