摘要
目的探究单独耳内镜辅助下常规切除术与耳内镜联合等离子低温射频治疗外耳道乳头状瘤的疗效及安全性观察。方法采用平行对比法对长沙市第四医院2018年1月到2019年1月收治的外耳道乳头状瘤患者98例分为L组和C组,每组49例。C组行单独耳内镜辅助下常规切除术治疗,L组行耳内镜联合等离子低温射频治疗,观察L组与C组手术相关指标、视觉疼痛模拟评分及术后并发症,并对两组患者临床疗效进行分析。结果L组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、外耳道上皮化时间明显低于C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);L组临床总治疗有效率91.84%明显高于C组75.51%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);L组临床总并发症发生率2.04%明显低于C组10.20%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜联合等离子低温射频治疗较单独耳内镜辅助下常规切除术治疗外耳道乳头状瘤,可缩短手术时间、住院时间及外耳道上皮化时间,降低术中出血量,提高临床疗效和安全性。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of conventional otoscopic surgery combined with plasma radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of papilloma of external auditory canal.Methods 98 patients with external auditory meatus papilloma admitted to Changsha Fourth Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into L group and C group with 49 cases in each group.Group C was treated with otoscopic surgery alone,group L was treated with otoscopic combined with plasma radio-frequency therapy,and group L and group C were observed for surgical related indexes,visual pain scores and postoperative complications,the clinical curative effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The operation time,blood loss during operation,hospital stay and epithelialization time of external auditory canal in group L were significantly lower than those in group C(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in group L was 91.84%and 75.51%,respectively,there were significant differences(P<0.05),and the incidence of total complications in group L was significantly lower than that in group C(2.04%vs 10.20%,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional resection of papilloma of external auditory canal assisted by otoscopic and plasma radio frequency therapy,it can shorten the time of operation,hospitalization and epithelialization of external auditory canal,and reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,improve clinical efficacy and safety.
