CtBP1、E-cadherin蛋白在胆管细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical Significance of CTBP1 and E-cadherin in Cholangiocarcinoma

目的对比羧基末端集合蛋白1(CtBP1)与E-钙黏蛋白(E-Cadherin)在胆管细胞癌组织以及正常的癌旁组织中的表达情况,分析其临床意义。方法收集2014年1月至2019年1月平舆县人民医院接受胆管细胞癌治疗并行切除手术的60例患者的癌组织和癌旁正常组织标本,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测组织中CtBP1和E-Cadherin的表达情况,并分析二者与胆管细胞癌临床病理特征的关系和表达的相关性。结果胆管细胞癌组织CtBP1的阳性率显著高于癌旁正常组织阳性率(P<0.05),E-Cadherin的阳性率显著低于癌旁正常组织阳性率(P<0.05)。胆管细胞癌组织中CtBP1的表达与癌症的分化程度有关(P<0.05),E-Cadherin的表达与癌症分化程度及淋巴结的转移均有关(P<0.05)。胆管细胞癌组织CtBP1和E-Cadherin的表达呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论CtBP1和E-Cadherin在胆管细胞癌组织中表达异常,二者可能存在调控关系,其联合检测可以为胆管细胞癌的临床诊断提供参考价值。

Objective To compare the expression of carboxyl terminal aggregation protein 1(CTBP1)and E-cadherin in cholangiocarcinoma and normal adjacent tissues,and to analyze their clinical significance.Methods From January 2014 to January 2019,60 patients with cholangiocarcinoma were treated and resected in Pingyu County People's Hospital,the expression of CTBP1 and E-Cadherin was detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the relationship between the expression of CTBP1 and E-cadherin and the clinicopathological features of cholangiocarcinoma was analyzed.Results The positive rate of CTBP1 in cholangiocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05),and the positive rate of E-cadherin was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression of CTBP1 in cholangiocarcinoma was related to the degree of cancer differentiation(P<0.05).The expression of E-cadherin was related to the degree of cancer differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expressions of CTBP1 and E-Cadherin in cholangiocarcinoma were negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of CTBP1 and E-cadherin in Cholangiocarcinoma may be related to its regulation.The combined detection of CTBP1 and E-cadherin may provide reference value for clinical diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma.
