个性化护理在口腔活检术中的应用及效果

Application and Effect of individualized Nursing in oral Biopsy

目的探讨个性化护理在口腔活检术中的应用及效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月在重庆医科大学附属口腔医院黏膜病科行口腔活检术的120例患者,根据不同的护理方法,采用数字表随机法,分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组干预措施基础上,实施个性化护理干预措施,对比两组患者对口腔活检术的护理满意度及术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组护理满意率(96.7%)高于对照组(70.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症的发生率(5.0%)小于对照组(26.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对口腔活检术患者实施个性化护理干预不仅能有效降低术后并发症的发生,还能提高护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the application and effect of individualized nursing in oral biopsy.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing oral biopsy from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,each group had 60 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given individualized nursing care based on the intervention measures.The satisfaction with oral biopsy and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.7%)was higher than that of the control group(70.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(5.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for patients with oral biopsy can not only effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing.
