不同垂直骨面型的成人骨性Ⅱ类患者腭部区域骨厚度的CBCT研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的利用CBCT分析不同垂直骨面型成人骨性Ⅱ类患者腭部区域骨厚度差异,为临床上骨性Ⅱ类患者支抗钉植入提供参考依据。方法选取骨性Ⅱ类成人患者CBCT资料共74例(年龄20~40岁),根据垂直骨面型分为:高角组(男11例,女11例)、均角组(男15例,女15例)、低角组(男11例,女11例)。应用Dolphin Imagine 11.5软件测量腭中线左侧27个点位骨厚度值。测得数据应用SPSS 22.0统计分析软件进行单因素方差分析,LSD法两两比较。结果成人骨性Ⅱ类不同垂直骨面型患者腭部区域骨厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),成人骨性Ⅱ类患者腭部不同区域骨厚度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成人骨性Ⅱ类患者腭部植入支抗钉时,可以不用考虑不同垂直骨面型对骨厚度的影响,但是应该充分评估不同区域的骨厚度。 Objective The difference of the thicknesses in skeletal Class Ⅱ adults with different vertical skeletal patterns were analyzed to provide the clinical reference for palatal implant anchorage insertion.Methods 22 low face type (11 males,11 females),30 average face type (15 males,15 females) and 22 high face type (11 males,11 females) patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ were selected according to the different vertical skeletal patterns and aged 20 to 40 years before treatment.The patients above were chosen to collect CBCT data,and then the left palatal bone thickness was measured at 27 sites with Dolphin Imaging 11.5 software.All data were performed by One-Way Analysis and LSD-t with SPSS 22.0,Standard a=0.05.Results No significant differences were observed in skeletal Class Ⅱ adults with different vertical skeletal patterns at the same regions of palate (P>0.05).Significant differences were observed in ClassⅡ at the differences region of palate (P<0.05).Conclusions It’s unnecessary to consider the influence of the vertical skeletal pattern on bone thickness when the implant anchorage screws are implanted in the palatal region of Class II adults,but the bone thickness of different regions should be fully evaluated.
