摘要
采用静电纺丝技术制备了PVP/[(C_(2)H_(5)O)_(4)Si+AgNO_(3)]复合纳米纤维,热处理后获得了Ag/SiO_(2)纳米纤维。采用XRD、FTIR、SEM、TEM等技术对获得的样品进行了表征,同时对其抗菌及催化性能进行了测试。结果表明,经700℃焙烧所得Ag/SiO_(2)纳米纤维以无定型SiO_(2)为基质,其中Ag以纳米颗粒的形式均匀分散在纤维中,呈面心立方相,平均直径约为30 nm。纳米纤维平均直径约为150 nm,长度大于300μm,纤维直径均匀,形貌均一。通过抗菌测试发现所得Ag/SiO_(2)纳米纤维对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌均具有良好的抗菌性能。以染料亚甲基蓝(MB)为降解物,研究了纳米纤维的催化性能,结果表明,纳米纤维对有机染料具有良好的降解效果。
PVP/[(C_(2)H_(5)O)_(4)Si+AgNO_(3)]composite nanofibers were prepared via electrospinning,and Ag/SiO_(2)nanofibers were obtained by calcining the composite nanofibers at 700℃.The morphology and properties of the final products were investigated in detail by XRD,FTIR,SEM and TEM.Also,the antibacterial property of the specimens were examined.The experimental results indicated that the Ag/SiO_(2)composite nanofibers calcinated at 700℃with a mean diameter of 145 nm had amorphous SiO_(2)as matrix,where Ag in the form of nanoparticles with a mean diameter of 30 nm dispersed in the fibers and exhibitd a typical face-centered cubic(fcc)phase.The length of the nanofibers with uniform diameter and morphology of homogeneous was longer than 300 in m.The fibers had good antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus by antimicrobial testing.The catalytic activity of Ag/SiO_(2)nanofibers was studied by using methylthionine chloride(MB)as degradation products.The results showed that the Ag/SiO_(2)nanofibers had excellent catalytic properties for the degradation of organic dyes.
