摘要
以柠檬酸、氟化铵作为改性剂,采用机械球磨法对高岭土进行改性研究;用XRD、FTIR及粒度测试等方法对改性高岭土进行表征。将改性后高岭土添加到陶瓷坯料中,烧成后测试试样的吸水率、抗折强度,并用SEM对试样表征。研究结果表明,通过改性高岭石的结构发生了改变,改性促进了高岭石结构纳米化,高岭土改性后有利于其在较低的温度下形成莫来石。与未添加改性高岭土的坯料相比,添加改性高岭土的陶瓷坯体烧成后试样的抗折强度提高、烧成温度降低。
Method of mechanical ball milling were used to modify kaolin clay by citric acid and ammonium fluoride as modifiers.Modified kaolin clay were characterized by XRD,FTIR and particle size test.Bending strength and water absorption of the sintered samples were measured after modified kaolin clay added to the ceramic body,sintered samples were characterized by SEM.Results showed that kaolinite structure was changed nanoscalely after modification,then mullite could be formed at low temperature in kaolin clay.The ceramic body could be burned at low temperature and with large bending strength when added modified kaolin compared with no modified kaolin.
