In the 21st century,the essence of enterprise competition is talent competition.With the aggravation of competition,human resource management has risen to the height of enterprise strategy.Salary management is the core of human resource management in modern enterprise.How to make good use of salary incentive means and whether the salary incentive system is scientific and reasonable are closely related to the competitiveness of enterprise.As a well-known state-owned enterprise in Shanghai,a group is shouldering the important historical mission of maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets.This paper combs and analyzes the original problems of the group's salary management,reviews and summarizes the innovative ways and methods of salary incentive.Through effective incentive,it is conducive to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,promote employees to work together to achieve corporate goals,and accelerate the high-quality development of enterprise.
