单微针射频治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮的疗效观察

Effectiveness of single microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of mild-to-moderate acne vulgaris

目的观察单微针射频治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮的疗效、安全性和复发情况。方法60例轻中度寻常型痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组(n=30)使用单微针射频治疗,对照组(n=30)使用强脉冲光治疗。1个月1次,共治疗3次。在每次治疗前及末次治疗后1、3个月时拍照,并进行GAGS评分,VISIA分析,记录相关不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组和对照组GAGS评分均较治疗前显著下降,但治疗组的下降程度明显大于对照组,在末次治疗后3个月时,治疗组GAGS评分较末次治疗后1个月时无明显变化,而对照组明显上升。两组红斑改善程度无显著差异;紫质改善程度,治疗组明显优于对照组;毛孔改善程度,对照组明显优于治疗组。所有患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论单微针射频治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮安全、有效,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety and recurrence of single microneedle radiofrequency therapy in the treatment of mild-to-moderate acne vulgaris.Methods Sixty patients with mild-to-moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,patients in the treatment group(n=30)were treated with single microneedle radiofrequency,while the patients in the control group(n=30)were treated with intense pulsed light.Both of the groups had 3 treatment sessions,once a month.Clinical efficacy and adverse events were evaluated and analyzed with GAGS and VISIA complexion analysis system before every treatment and 1,3 months after last treatment.Results All patients showed improvements in GAGS scores,and the reduction was greater in the treatment group than in the control group.Compared with 1 month after the last treatment,the GAGS score of the treatment group showed no significant change at the last follow-up,while that of the control group increased significantly.There was no significant difference in the improvement degree of erythema between the two groups,and the improvement degree of purple pigment in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.The pore improvement of the control group was significantly better than that of the treatment group.No obvious side effect was observed.Conclusion Single microneedle radiofrequency device is effective and safe in the treatment of mild-to-moderate acne vulgaris with lower recurrence rate,and is worthy of promotion.
