生物材料应用于内镜黏膜下注射液的研究进展

Advances in the application of biomaterials in endoscopic submucosal injection

内镜黏膜下手术治疗的发展使得早期消化道肿瘤以及息肉手术治疗变得更加简单便捷,极大地减轻了患者的术后痛苦与经济负担。黏膜下注射能有效预防术中穿孔,是内镜黏膜下手术的主要步骤,可明显减少手术时间。普通的生理盐水作为黏膜下注射液虽然安全廉价,但形成的隆起效果差、隆起时间不持久。生物材料有良好的生物相容性、较低的毒副作用,可以形成有黏附性的液体,是黏膜下注射液良好的选择之一。本文对生物材料作为内镜黏膜下注射液的研究进展进行综述。

With the development of endoscopic submucosal surgery,the surgical treatment of early gastrointestinal tumors and polyps has become more simple and convenient,and has reduced the postoperative pain and burden of patients.Submucosal injection is the main step of endoscopic submucosal surgery.A good submucosal injection can prevent intraoperative perforation and reduce the operation time.Although normal saline is safe and cheap as a submucosal injection,the swelling effect is poor and does not last long.Biomaterials have good biocompatibility,low toxic and side effects,and can form adhesive liquid,which is one of the good choices for submucosal injection.In this paper,the research progress of biomaterials as endoscopic submucosal injection was reviewed.
