基于计量分析的我国农产品质量研究现状

采用传统文献计量方法对中国知网中近29年农产品质量研究领域的文献进行分析,以期可视化我国农产品质量研究的现状。研究结果显示:我国农产品质量研究的发展分为萌芽期、起步期和发展期三个阶段,研究成果在数量和质量方面逐步得到提升;我国农产品质量的研究和应用,目前正处于快速发展阶段;涉农类期刊是该领域研究成果刊登的主要载体;该领域的核心作者偏少;该领域研究机构的构成较为多元化,但机构间合作较为稀疏,交流有待进一步增强;产生了一批高被引文献,为我国农产品质量的研究和提高做出了重要贡献。

The traditional literature metric analysis method is used to analyze the literature in the field of agricultural product quality research in the CNKI in the past 29 years,in order to visualize the current situation of agricultural product quality research in China.The research results show that the development of agricultural product quality research in China is divided into three stages:the budding period,the initial period and the development period,and the research results have gradually improved in terms of quantity and quality;the research and application of agricultural product quality in China is currently in a rapid development stage;agriculture-related journals are the main carrier for the publication of research results in this field;there are few core journal article authors in this field;the composition of research institutions in this field is relatively diversified,but inter-institutional cooperation is relatively scant,and exchanges need to be further enhanced;and frequently-cited literatures have made important contributions to the research and improvement of the quality of agricultural products in China.
