影响恩施地区乡村振兴发展的问题分析

习近平同志于2017年在党的十九大报告中提出实施乡村振兴战略。经过几年的努力,恩施地区农村基础设施、农业产业发展、农民生活水平等都有明显地提升。但依然存在乡村发展不平衡,乡村规划缺失,村集体经济不健全,乡村产业薄弱且未形成产业链,乡村文化堕距大不能有效激发乡村合力及活力,人才及劳动力外流严重且内引及培养难度大等诸多问题。从路径、方法、动力、组织等各个方面影响乡村振兴发展。需要从人才、文化、产业、组织管理等多个方面努力来实现乡村振兴发展。

President Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the report at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2017.In Enshi,rural infrastructure,agricultural production,and farmers'living standards have been significantly improved through several years of efforts.However,there are still many problems,such as unbalanced rural development,lack of rural planning,unsound village collective economy,weak rural industry and no industrial chain,as well as large rural cultural lag,which can not effectively stimulate rural joint forces and vitality,hence serious brain drain and labor force,difficult to bring in and cultivate talents,thereby affects the rural revitalization and development in terms of path,method,motivation,organization and other aspects.It is necessary to make great efforts in talent,culture,industry,organization and management to realize the revitalization and development of rural areas.
