摘要
以中国社会文化传统和当代社会结构作为背景,主要采用质性研究方法,将波兰尼的思想与庄子的观念嫁接,用嫁接后的默会知识作为工具,来纵向考察乡镇农技员的专业生涯历程,归纳出乡镇农技员的推广行动及其个人知识的变化规律;将乡镇农技员的个人故事引进农学教育课程,引导农学专业学生成长为名实相副的“专业”人才。
This paper uses tacit knowledge as a tool in which Polanyi's ideology is grafted with Zhuangzi's thought through qualitative research methods,and longitudinally studies the professional development history of township agricultural technicians,so as to sum up the law of transformation of the agricultural technology extension behavior and their personal knowledge.When the stories about agricultural extension were introduced into the agricultural education curriculum,the agricultural college students will be piloted to develop into true professionals.
