兰州大学药学本科毕业生就业趋势与社会需求分析

Analysis on Employment Trend and Social Demand of Pharmacy Graduates of Lanzhou University

从就业率、就业趋势、就业单位性质及就业区域分析了兰州大学药学院2013~2019届药学本科毕业生的就业情况,结果显示,该学院药学本科毕业生平均就业率为91.04%,考研成为毕业生的首要选择,平均占到36.68%,选择就业的学生就业去向以医疗机构和医药企业为主,呈多元化趋势。就业率按省区分布统计,甘肃省平均占36.68%,其他省份63.32%,主要去向为江苏、上海等医药工业及医药科技较发达的地区,毕业学生国内外就业分布广泛,就业前景相对乐观,人才培养与社会需求相契合。

From the perspective of employment rate,employment trend,nature of employment unit,and employment area,the number of graduates of the School of Pharmacy of Lanzhou University from 2013 to 2019,employment situation is analyzed,the results show that the average employment rate of pharmacy graduates of the college is 91.04%,and the postgraduate entrance examination has become the first choice for graduates,accounting for an average of 36.68%.The employment destinations of students who choose to work are medical institutions and pharmaceutical companies show a diversified trend.The employment rate is calculated according to the distribution of provinces.Gansu Province accounts for 36.68%on average,and 63.32%in other provinces.The main destinations are Jiangsu,Shanghai and other regions with more developed pharmaceutical industry and medical technology.Graduates have a wide range of employment in China and abroad.The prospect is relatively optimistic,and the training of talents is in line with the needs of society.
