摘要
目的研究柏木Cupressus funebris Endl.枝叶的化学成分。方法利用柱色谱和制备HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,采用核磁共振波谱鉴定化合物的结构。结果从柏木枝叶95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了12个化合物,分别鉴定为柏木双黄酮(Ⅰ)、4',4二甲醚柏木双黄酮(Ⅱ)、槲皮素3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(Ⅲ)、山柰酚3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ)、山柰酚3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(Ⅴ)、海波拉亭7-O-β-吡喃木糖苷(Ⅵ)、芦丁(Ⅶ)、(6R,9S)3-氧代-α-紫罗兰醇β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)、桃拓酚(Ⅸ)、反式璎柏酸(Ⅹ)、顺式璎柏酸(Ⅺ)和3-(4'-甲氧基苯基)丙酸2'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅻ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从柏木中分离得到,化合物Ⅱ、Ⅳ~Ⅸ、Ⅻ为首次从柏木属植物中发现。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the branches and leaves of Cupressus funebris.METHODS Column chromatography and prep-HPLC were used for separation and purification,and NMR spectra was used for structure identification.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated from the 95%ethanol extract of the branches and leaves of C.funebris and identified as cupressuflavone(Ⅰ),4’,4-dimethyl ether cupressuflavone(Ⅱ),quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅲ),kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅳ),kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅴ),hypolaetin 7-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(Ⅵ),rutin(Ⅶ),(6 R,9 S)3-oxo-α-ionolβ-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅷ),totarol(Ⅸ),E-communic acid(Ⅹ),Z-communic acid(Ⅺ),and 3-(4’-methoxyphenyl)propionic acid 2’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅻ).CONCLUSION All compounds from C.funebris andⅡ,Ⅳ-Ⅸ,andⅫhave been isolated from genus Cupressus for the first time.
