摘要
建立用药交代与指导数据库后,对四川大学华西医院2020年6月和12月的门诊患者进行用药交代与指导药学服务情况的满意度调查。实施用法用量电子打印标签和实施用药交代与指导单后的满意度分别为84.34%(254/300)、92.66%(277/300),满意度评分为4.28、4.40。用药交代与指导更加标准化、规范化、便捷性,可实现药学服务模式转型的迭代升级。
The outpatients in West China hospital of Sichuan univesity in June 2020 and December 2020 were surveyed on the satisfaction of medication directions.The overall satisfaction after the implementation of the usage and dosage electronic printing label and the implementation of the medication directions were 84.34%(254/300)and 92.66%(277/300),respectively.The satisfaction scores were 4.28 and 4.40,respectively.
