摘要
目前,因手机充电器造成的触电事故时有发生,引起消费者不同程度的担忧,造成触电的原因也让消费者非常困惑。该文通过对手机充电器触电发生的原理和漏电失效的原因进行分析,总结了导致触电失效的可能原因,构建了手机充电器漏电失效的分析方法。最后运用该方法进行漏电失效分析举例,而且对失效点进行了准确定位。该文的失效分析方法为生产企业和检测机构进行质量管控提供重要参考和帮助。
At present,electric shock accidents caused by mobile phone chargers occur from time to time,which not only causes some concern from consumers,but also makes some consumers very confused about the reason.This paper analyzes the principle of electric shock and the cause of leakage failure of mobile phone charger,summarizes the possible causes of electric shock failure,and constructs the analysis method of the leakage failure.Finally,an example is used to analyze the leakage failure by using the method,and the failure point is accurately located.The failure analysis method of this paper provides important reference and help for the quality control of production enterprises and testing institutions.
