基于树莓派开发智能化介电试验测试设备

摘要 介电试验是电气、电子产品质量检测的基础试验,产品的介电性能直接反映了其安全性,因此该试验是检测机构每天都需要开展的试验之一。介电试验的测试参数对不同的产品规格,不同的检测标准,甚至不同的检测条款都有很大的区别,检验员需要丰富的测试经验方能做到每个测试项目都能准确了解其参数,并对设备进行准确设置。设备的参数设置虽然并非十分繁琐,但测试频率高的项目,参数设置同样耗费不少时间精力。该文使用树莓派与安规综合分析仪,开发了一套智能化的介电试验测试设备,将本所能力范围内的标准及其条款均内置其中,检验员仅需输入产品参数,选择测试条款即可进行测试。 Dielectric test is a basic test for the quality detection of electrical and electronic products.The dielectric performance of products directly reflects their safety.Therefore,this test is one of the tests that testing institutions need to carry out every day.The test parameters of dielectric test vary greatly with different product specifications,different test standards,and even different test terms.The inspector needs rich testing experience to realize that each test item can accurately understand its parameters and accurately set the equipment.Although the parameter setting of the equipment is not very complicated,it also consumes a lot of time and energy for projects with high test frequency.This paper uses the raspberry PI and safety comprehensive tester to build a set of intelligent dielectric test equipment.The standards and terms within the scope of the institute are built in.Inspectors only need to input product parameters and select test terms to carry out the test.
