This paper introduces the understanding of airworthiness,the core and concern of airworthiness from the point of view of airworthiness certification,the reference significance of civil airworthiness to the development of military airworthiness expounded from the aspects of design guarantee system construction,production control system,safety analysis and evaluation,internal and external airworthiness examination and so on.
