摘要
目的建立空气清新气雾剂中甲醇含量的测定方法。方法采用顶空气相色谱-质谱联用外标法测定空气清新气雾剂中甲醇含量的定性、定量方法。结果该方法测定甲醇的回收率为85.28%~101.51%。精密度试验显示浓度测定和峰面积测定的标准偏差分别为3.73%和2.86%。结论该方法分离度好、精密度高、灵敏度高、特异性强且操作简单快速。
Objective To establish a method for determination of methanol in aerosol air freshener.Methods A qualitative and quantitative analysis method utilizing headspace gas chromatography in combination with mass spectrometry has been developed for determination of methanol in aerosol air freshener.Results The method showed the methanol recovery rates was between 85.28%and 101.51%.The precision test displayed 3.73%standard deviation in concentration and 2.86%in peak area.Conclusion The developed method had advantages in good separation,perfect precision,high sensitivity,strong specificity and simply fast operation.
