50%倍硫磷乳油灭蚊蝇幼虫的效果观察

Control efficacy of 50%fenthion emulsifiable concentrate against the larvae of mosquitoes and flies

目的评价50%倍硫磷乳油现场杀灭蚊蝇幼虫的药效。方法在水塘和鸡粪池分别以淡色库蚊幼虫和家蝇幼虫为受试对象进行现场试验,评价倍硫磷乳油灭蚊蝇幼虫的效果。结果蚊笼灭蚊幼试验,50%倍硫磷乳油0.3、0.03和0.003 g/m^(2)剂量组48 h后对淡色库蚊幼虫的杀灭率分别为100%、95.8%和75.0%;水塘灭蚊幼试验,48 h后相对密度下降率分别为100%、92.1%和71.0%;鸡粪池灭蝇幼试验,3.0、1.5和0.75 g/m^(2)剂量组48 h后相对密度下降率分别为98.4%、11.6%和3.1%。结论50%倍硫磷乳油对淡色库蚊幼虫和家蝇幼虫的防治效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the control efficacy of 50%fenthion emulsifiable concentrate against mosquito larvae and fly larvae.Methods The larvae of Culex pipiens pallens and Musca domestica were used as the test objects to evaluate the efficacy of fenthion emulsifiable concentrate in the pond and the chicken manure tank.Results Forty eight hours after the 50%fenthion emulsifiable concentrate were applied at the dose of 0.3,0.03 and 0.003 g/m^(2),100%,95.8%and 75.0%of the mosquito larvae in the cages were killed,and the mosquito larvae densities in the water ponds decreased by 100%,92.1%and 71.0%.Forty eight hours after the 50%fenthion emulsifiable concentrate were applied at the dose of 3.0,1.5 and 0.75 g/m^(2) in the chicken manure tank,the fly larvae densities decreased respectively by 98.4%,11.6%and 3.1%.Conclusion The 50%fenthion emulsifiable is significantly effective on controlling Culex pipiens pallens larvae and Musca domestica larvae.
