摘要
在垃圾发电过程中,涉及的废水种类繁多,主要包括垃圾渗滤液、车间用水、生活用水、化水间反冲洗水、冷却塔排污水等。国内外的相关研究和实践已经证明,独立的废水处理装置不能有效地处理垃圾电厂的各类废水,需要进行多工艺的组合。目前主要工艺有反渗透法、纳滤、蒸发浓缩、MBR等。本文主要介绍几种成熟工艺的原理、优势及缺点,为今后的废水处理工艺选择提供理论依据。
Waste-to-energy involves the treatment of waste water.How to rationally eliminate waste water in the whole plant process?This involves the application of various equipment and new materials and the interleaved application of various processes in production,so as to eliminate waste water in all aspects of the process.In the process of waste-to-energy generation,there are many types of waste water involved,mainly including landfill leachate,workshop water,domestic water,backwash water in the chemical water room,and cooling tower sewage.Relevant research and practice at home and abroad have proved that independent wastewater treatment devices cannot effectively treat various types of wastewater from garbage power plants and require a combination of multiple processes.The main processes currently include reverse osmosis,nanofiltration,evaporation and concentration,MBR,etc.This article mainly introduces the principles,advantages and disadvantages of several mature processes,and provides a theoretical basis for future wastewater treatment process selection.
