汽轮机AST电源故障分析及优化方案

摘要 结合某电厂350 MW超临界汽轮机组一次AST电磁阀失电停机事件,分析其控制原理和跳闸停机原因,即电源故障加之电源系统设置不合理导致AST油压泄去,使机组紧急停机。基于此,文章提出了解决方案,经实验证明,该方案大大提高了危急遮断系统的保护功能,对机组安全和稳定运行十分重要。 Combined with a power failure and shutdown event of AST solenoid valve of 350 MW supercritical steam turbine unit in a power plant,the control principle and the cause of trip and shutdown are described.That is to say,the power failure and unreasonable setting of the power system lead to ast oil pressure discharge,which makes the unit emergency stop.According to this,the solution is put forward.The experiment shows that the protection function of the emergency trip system is greatly improved,which is very important for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
