摘要
燃气内燃发电机组为瓦斯发电的主要设备,在运行的机组中,瓦斯会通过气缸壁与活塞的间隙泄漏到曲轴箱,随着曲轴箱的油气一起排放到大气中,造成环境污染、润滑油浪费和瓦斯爆炸的危险。在曲轴箱排气路径上增加一套回收装置,进行油气分离,油返回到油底壳继续使用,气收集到机组进行发电。
Gas internal combustion generator set is the main equipment of gas power generation,in the operation of the unit,gas will leak to the crankcase through the clearance between cylinder wall and piston,and the oil and gas in the crankcase will be discharged into the atmosphere together,resulting in environmental pollution,waste of lubricating oil and the risk of gas explosion.A set of recovery device is added on the crankcase exhaust path to separate the oil and gas,the oil returns to the oil pan for further use,and the gas is collected to the unit for power generation.
