摘要 当火力发电厂的直吹式制粉系统给煤机在运行途中发生故障,将会造成一系列事故和问题,例如锅炉不稳定、蒸汽参数波动幅度过大等,甚至有可能造成直吹式制粉系统出现灭火事故。运行故障将会给正在运作中的给煤机机组造成高负荷,同时还会造成给煤机组的整体效率大幅度降低,给发电厂带来抢发电量和争取电网方面的重大损失。本文将对火力发电厂直吹式制粉系统给煤机故障分析及处理进行探析。 When the coal feeder of direct fired coal pulverizing system in thermal power plant breaks down during operation,it will cause a series of accidents and problems,such as boiler instability,excessive fluctuation of steam parameters,and even fire extinguishing accident of direct fired coal pulverizing system.When such operation failure occurs,it will cause damage to the coal feeder unit in operation At the same time,it will cause the overall efficiency of coal feeder units to be greatly reduced,which will bring great losses to power plants in terms of power generation and power grid.This paper will analyze the fault analysis and treatment of coal feeder in direct fired pulverizing system of thermal power plant.
