配网10 kV变压器检修作业风险识别研究

摘要 为了有效识别10 kV变压器检修作业过程中的风险点,降低安全事故的发生概率,提出一种基于改进工作分解结构-风险分解结构(WBS-RBS)的风险识别法。首先,采用WBS-RBS风险识别法对10 kV变压器检修作业过程中的风险点进行识别,建立基于作业流程的WBS-RBS耦合矩阵;其次,结合专家评分,采用层次分析法对WBS-RBS耦合矩阵进行优化,并对每个子项目涉及的风险进行排序,得到各子项目涉及的风险影响程度;最后,以某配网10 kV变压器检修作业进行方法有效性验证。验证结果表明:触电、物体打击和高处坠落是10 kV变压检修作业中涉及的较高的风险,在检修作业中应重点进行防范。 In order to effectively identify the risk points in the process of 10 kV transformer maintenance and reduce the incidence of safety accidents,a risk identification method based on improved work breakdown structure-risk breakdown structure(WBS-RBS)is proposed.First,use the WBS-RBS risk identification method to identify the risk points in the 10 kV transformer maintenance operation process,and establish the WBS-RBS coupling matrix based on the operation process;second,combine the expert scores and use the analytic hierarchy process to perform the WBS-RBS coupling matrix Optimize and sort the risks involved in each sub-project to obtain the degree of risk impact involved in each sub-project;finally,the effectiveness of the method was verified by a 10 kV transformer maintenance operation in a distribution network.The verification results show that:electric shock,object strikes and falling from height are higher risks involved in 10 kV transformer overhaul operations,and precautions should be focused on during overhaul operations.
