发酵刺梨果渣膳食纤维润肠通便功能研究 被引量:15

摘要 为探明经平菇发酵的刺梨果渣膳食纤维对便秘模型小鼠的润肠通便作用。将KM小鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、平菇发酵刺梨果渣膳食纤维低、中、高剂量组,连续灌胃14d后测定小肠墨汁推进率、首粒黑便排出时间、6h内排黑便粒数及重量、粪便含水量。结果表明:给药14d后,与空白对照组比较,模型对照组小鼠墨汁推进率显著降低(P<0.01),首粒黑便时间显著推迟(P<0.01),排黑便数量及重量显著降低(P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,阳性对照组与各剂量组的各指标都有显著性差异。经过平菇发酵刺梨果渣所得膳食纤维的持水力、持油力和膨胀力有所提高,且具有良好的润肠通便作用。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary fiber from roxburgh rose pomace fermented by Pleurotus ostreatus on constipation model mice.KM mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model control group,positive control group,low,medium and high dose of dietary fiber from roxburgh rose pomace fermented by Pleurotus ostreatus group.After continuous gavage for 14 days,the propulsion rate of small intestine ink,the first black stool excretion time,the number and weight of black stool within 6 h,and the fecal water content were determined.The results showed that after 14 days of administration,compared with the blank control group,the propelling rate of ink in the model control group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),the time of first black stool was significantly delayed(P<0.01),and the quantity and weight of black stool were significantly reduced(P<0.01).Compared with the model control group,there were significant differences between the positive control group and each dose group.The water holding power,oil holding power and swelling capacity of dietary fiber obtained from the roxburgh rose pomace by pleurotus pleurotus fermentation were improved,and it had a good effect of moistening bowel and constipation.
