摘要
为了实现双孢蘑菇液体菌种的规模化应用,以菌丝球生物量、直径、密度、萌发时间等为关键指标,采用5L气升式反应器,对发酵过程通气量和pH进行探索。结果表明:在通气量3.0L/min,控制发酵过程恒定为pH 6.0的条件下,双孢蘑菇液体菌种生物量达到91 g/L,菌丝萌发时间低至6.8 h,密度为67个/mL。本研究为双孢蘑菇液体菌种规模化应用提供了有力的支撑。
In order to realize the application of liquid seed of Agaricus bisporus in the cultivation of edible fungi,the growth characteristics of the A.bisporus in 5 L air-lift reactor was investigated.Mycelium biomass,diameter,density and germination time were optimized through control of aeration volume and pH.The results showed that under the condition of aeration volume 3.0 L/min and pH 6.0 mycelium biomass,germination time and density could reached to 91 g/L,6.8 h and 67 per mL,respectively.The study provided a strong support for the application of the A.bisporus liquid seed in the cultivation of mushroom.
