升督平木丸联合龙珠软膏治疗腰椎间盘突出所致肛门坠痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shengdu Pingmu Pills Combined with Longzhu Ointment in the Treatment of Anal Bearing-down Pain Caused by Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:观察升督平木丸联合龙珠软膏治疗由腰椎间盘突出所致肛门坠痛的临床效果。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和观察组各30例,两组均外用龙珠软膏,治疗组加升督平木丸口服,对照组加生物反馈治疗,3周后观察效果。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组及对照组治疗后VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),SF-36评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:升督平木丸联合龙珠软膏能有效改善腰椎间盘突出所致肛门坠痛症状,并改善生活质量及焦虑、抑郁状态。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shengdu Pingmu Pills combined with Longzhu Ointment on anal falling pain caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with topical Longzhu Ointment by external use.The treatment group were given Shengdu Pingmu Pills orally in addition while the control group were given biofeedback treatment.The effect was observed after 3 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of VAS,SAS and SDS after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of SF-36 after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of VAS,SAS and SDS of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the score of SF-36 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengdu Pingmu Pills combined with Longzhu Ointment can effectively improve the symptoms of anal falling pain caused by lumbar disc herniation,and improve the life quality,anxiety and depression.
