心可舒片联合舍曲林片治疗卒中后抑郁临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xinkeshu Tablets Combined with Sertraline Tablets in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

目的:观察心可舒片联合舍曲林片治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:90例按随机数字表法分为3组各30例。3组均接受常规药物治疗,联合组用心可舒片联合舍曲林,舍曲林组用舍曲林,心可舒组用心可舒片。结果:治疗12周后3组评定指标与治疗前比较均有明显差异(P<0.05)。联合组与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。舍曲林组和心可舒组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心可舒片联合舍曲林片治疗卒中后抑郁效果更好,与舍曲林合用有协同效应。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinkeshu Tablets combined with Sertraline Tablets in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:Ninety cases were divided into 3 groups,with 30 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.All 3 groups received conventional medications.The combination group were treated with Xinkeshu Tablets combined with Sertraline,and the sertraline group were treated with Sertraline,while the Xinkeshu group were treated with Xinkeshu Tablets.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the evaluation indexes of the three groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the combination group and the other two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the Sertraline group and the Xinkeshu group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xinkeshu Tablets combined with Sertraline Tablets are more effective in treating post-stroke depression,which shows synergistic effect when combined with sertraline.
