摘要 学位制度现代化是推动我国高等教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要抓手,也是构建社会主义现代化强国所需要的高等教育体系的基石。在我国目前三级学位授予制度中,存在着学士学位授予形式缺乏多样性和层次性的问题。这不但削弱了学位的信号传递和甄别功能而导致的学位授予质量的下降,还因缺乏内生激励机制而成为不利于人才培养目标实现和高等教育内涵式发展的限定性因素。学士学位的多元分等级授予形式是英国高等教育质量长盛不衰的核心竞争力之一,具有种类多样性、层次分明性、水平一致性和内生激励性的特点。借鉴英国学士学位授予形式经验,确立我国学士学位分等级授予制度,将有助于本科毕业生能够将自己的学业表现通过不同等级的学士学位证书差异化地表现出来,从而强化学位的信号传递和甄别功能,促进学生学习态度和高校学风的转变,提高学士学位的授予质量,最终推动我国高等教育高质量内涵式发展。 The modernization of degree system is not only an important starting point to promote the modernization of China’s higher education governance system and governance capacity,but also the basis of education system needed for the construction of a socialist modern power.In China’s current three-level degree system,the setting of undergraduate degree is single and lacks hierarchy.This not only weakens the signal transmission and screening function of degree,but also leads to the decline of degree awarding quality.It also becomes a restrictive factor which is not conducive to the realization of talent training objectives and the connotative development of higher education due to the lack of endogenous incentive mechanism.The diversity and diversity of the degree awarding system in the UK is one of the characteristics of the diversity and diversity of the degree awarding system.The establishment of the grading system of bachelor’s degree in China will help undergraduate graduates to show their academic performance through different levels of bachelor’s degree certificates,strengthen the signal transmission and screening function of degree,promote the change of students’learning attitude and learning style in colleges and universities,improve the quality of bachelor’s Degree Award,and realize the connotative development of higher education.
