Clinical research progress of Marjolin’s ulcer

Marjolin溃疡是由烧伤、慢性血管缺血性损伤、压疮等引起的慢性溃疡恶性病变,其发生率随着病因范围的扩大和相关慢性疾病发病率的升高而逐渐增高。Marjolin溃疡的潜伏期长,往往容易被忽视。本文对Marjolin溃疡临床特点和病理类型及其预后的研究现状作一综述,以期提高临床对该病的认识。

Marjolin’s ulcer is a chronic ulcer malignant lesion caused by burns,chronic vascular ischemic injury,pressure ulcers.Its incidence gradually increases with the expansion of the etiological range and the increase in the incidence of related chronic diseases.Marjolin’s ulcer has a long incubation period and is often overlooked.This article reviews the current research status of clinical characteristics and pathological types and prognosis of Marjolin’s ulcer,in order to improve the clinical understanding of the disease.
