摘要
目的:探讨酸甘化酒饮对酒耐受度影响。方法:分两种方式进行研究,具体为:第一种是将30只小白鼠随机分为对照组、常规剂量组、高剂量组三组,每组10只,对照组灌喂蒸馏水及酒,常规剂量组灌喂常规剂量的酸甘化酒饮及酒,高剂量组灌喂高剂量的酸甘化酒饮及酒,三组按先灌部分酒—然后分两次灌水、药—再分多次灌酒的方式进行研究;第二种是将30只小白鼠随机分为对照组、常规剂量组、高剂量组三组,每组10只,对照组灌喂蒸馏水及酒,常规剂量组灌喂常规剂量的酸甘化酒饮及酒,高剂量组灌喂高剂量的酸甘化酒饮及酒,三组按先灌一半水、药—然后灌部分酒—再灌一半水、药—再分多次灌酒的方式进行研究;两种方法均通过观察小白鼠翻正反射来记录醉酒潜伏时间、醉酒时间,并计算出小白鼠酒耐受量。结果:两种方式均发现随着灌喂酸甘化酒饮剂量的增加,小白鼠的酒精耐受度逐渐增加、小白鼠醉酒潜伏时间逐渐延长、醉酒时间逐渐缩短。高剂量组小白鼠每10g灌酒量与对照组比较显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组小白鼠醉酒潜伏时间与对照组比较显著延长,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组小白鼠醉酒时间与对照组比较显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:酸甘化酒饮能提高小白鼠的酒耐受度,延长急性酒精中毒小白鼠的醉酒潜伏时间、缩短醉酒时间,促进清醒,并与灌喂剂量呈正相关。
Objective:To study the effect of Suan gan anti-inebriation drinking tolerance of alcohol.Methods:The first way:30 mice were randomly divided into three groups:control group,normal dose group and high dose group,each group had 10 mice.The control group was given distilled water and alcohol,the normal dose group was given the normal dose of Suan gan anti-inebriation drinking and alcohol,and the high dose group was given the high dose of Suan gan anti-inebriation drinking and alcohol.The three groups were divided into three stages:filling part of the alcohol first,then filling the water,the Suan gan anti-inebriation drinking twice,and then filling alcohol several times.Another way:30 mice were randomly divided into three groups:control group,normal dose group and high dose group,each group had 10 mice.The control group was given distilled water and alcohol,the normal dose group was given the normal dose of Suan gan anti-inebriation drinking and alcohol,and the high dose group was given the high dose of Suan gan anti-inebriation drinking and alcohol.The three groups were divided into four stages:first filled with some water,Suan gan anti-inebriation drinking,then filled with some alcohol,then filled with water,Suan gan anti-inebriation drinking,then several times filled with alcohol.Results:The results showed that the tolerance to alcohol,the latency time and the duration of drunkenness decreased with the increase of the dosage of Suan gan anti-inebriation drinking.The amount of alcohol per 10g of mice in the high dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the latency time of the mice in the high dose group was significantly longer than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the duration of drunkenness was significantly shorter in the high-dose group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suan gan anti-inebriation drinking can improve the tolerance of mice to alcohol,prolong the latency time of intoxication,shorten the duration of intoxication and promote the sobriety.
