不孕不育女性支原体感染情况及耐药性分析

Analysis of mycoplasma infection and drug resistance in infertile women

目的:分析不孕不育女性支原体感染情况及耐药性。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年9月不孕不育女性100例,作为研究组;选取同期健康体检女性100例,作为对比组。两组均进行支原体感染检测,比较分析支原体感染情况及耐药性。结果:研究组人型支原体阳性率、解脲支原体阳性率、人型支原体+解脲支原体阳性率及总阳性率均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对克拉霉素、罗红霉素等抗菌药物耐药性较高,对美满霉素、交沙霉素等抗菌药物耐药性相对较低。结论:不孕不育女性支原体感染发生率明显较健康女性更高,药敏试验结果显示,支原体感染对大部分抗菌药物耐药性均较高,对美满霉素、交沙霉素以及米诺环素和多西环素等抗菌药物耐药性相对较低,在临床中可合理应用上述药物对支原体感染不孕不育女性进行治疗。

Objective:To analyze the infection and drug resistance of mycoplasma in infertile women.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,100 infertile women were selected as the study group.100 healthy women were selected as the control group.Both groups were tested for mycoplasma infection,and the infection and drug resistance of mycoplasma were compared and analyzed.Results:The positive rate of mycoplasma hominis,mycoplasma urealyticum,mycoplasma hominis+mycoplasma urealyticum and total positive rate in the study group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the resistance to clarithromycin,roxithromycin and other antibacterial drugs was higher,and the resistance to the antimicrobial drugs such as lucithromycin and xiaoxamycin was relatively low.Conclusion:The incidence of mycoplasma infection in infertile women was significantly higher than the healthy women,the results of drug sensitivity test showed that mycoplasma infection had high resistance to most antibiotics,the drug resistance to mycin,crossamycin,minocycline and doxycycline was relatively low,in clinic,these drugs can be used reasonably to treat infertile women infected with mycoplasma.
