三联双歧杆菌活菌散联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗儿童腹泻的安全性与有效性分析

Safety and efficacy analysis of triple bifidobacterium powder combined with racemic cardotril granules in the treatment of diarrhea in children

目的:探讨使用三联双歧杆菌活菌散联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗儿童腹泻的临床疗效和安全性。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治腹泻患儿118例,随机分为两组,各59例。对照组仅给予三联双歧杆菌活菌散治疗;观察组采取三联双歧杆菌活菌散联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗。比较两组临床体征改善时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床体征改善时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗期间未发现不良反应,观察组治疗期间出现嗜睡情况仅1例,减少药量后恢复正常。结论:腹泻患儿使用三联双歧杆菌活菌散联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗能快速改善临床症状,临床疗效确切且不良反应发生率较低,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of triple bifidobacterium powder combined with racemic cardotril granules in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,118 children with diarrhea were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 59 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with triple bifidobacterium powder.The observation group was treated with triple bifidobacterium powder combined with racemic cardotril granules.The improvement time of clinical signs,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement time of clinical signs in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).No adverse reactions were found in the control group,and only 1 case of somnolence occurred in the observation group,which returned to normal after reducing the dose.Conclusion:The treatment of children with diarrhea with live bifidobacterium powder combined with racemic cardotril granule can quickly improve the clinical symptoms with definite clinical effect,low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety.
