腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术治疗成人腹股沟疝的近期疗效及安全性观察

Short-term efficacy and safety observation of laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal patch implantation in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia

目的:探究对腹股沟疝成人患者实施腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术治疗的效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年10月收治的腹股沟疝成人患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组施行无张力疝修补术治疗;观察组施行腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术中出血量及住院时长均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后12 h、24 h、48 h疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后4 d白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹股沟疝成人患者实施腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术治疗具有良好可行性,并发症更少,患者术后恢复时长更短。

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal patch implantation in the treatment of adult patients with inguinal hernia.Methods:From May 2018 to October 2019,66 adult patients with inguinal hernia were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tension-free hernia repair.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal patch implantation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The amount of intraoperative blood loss and length of stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),leukocyte(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 4th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal patch implantation for adult inguinal hernia is feasible with fewer complications and shorter postoperative recovery time.
