总结顾乃龙主任医师对肺癌病因病机的认识,从气血、脾胃两方面探讨肺癌致病的机理。肺癌的病因主要是气血不足、脾胃失调,病机可概括为正虚邪实。虚证以阴虚、气阴两虚为主,实证主要是气滞、血瘀、阴虚肺热、痰凝、痰瘀互结、毒聚等。正气内虚,阴阳失衡,气机不利,血行瘀滞;脾胃虚弱,脾失健运,导致痰湿内蕴,痰凝气滞。在治疗上,其一应扶正祛邪、行气化滞;其二应调理脾胃、扶正固本,“补益”为治疗关键。

To summarize the chief physician Gu Nailong's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer,and to explore the pathogenic mechanism of lung cancer from the two aspects of qi and blood,spleen and stomach.The main causes of lung cancer are deficiency of qi and blood,imbalance of spleen and stomach,and the pathogenesis can be summarized as positive deficiency and evil reality.The deficiency syndrome is mainly yin deficiency and qi-yin deficiency,while the empirical evidence is mainly qi stagnation,blood stasis,yin deficiency and lung heat,phlegm coagulation,phlegm and blood stasis,toxin accumulation and so on.Deficiency of vital qi,imbalance of yin and yang,unfavorable qi,blood stasis;weakness of spleen and stomach,loss of healthy movement of spleen,resulting in internal accumulation of phlegm-dampness,phlegm coagulation and qi stagnation.In the treatment,one should support the upright and dispel evil,carry out qi stagnation,and the other should recuperate the spleen and stomach,strengthen the body and consolidate the foundation,and"tonifying"is the key to the treatment.
