个性化身心护理干预对血液肿瘤患者的效果及可行性分析

The effect and feasibility analysis of personalized physical and mental nursing intervention for patients with hematologic tumor

目的:分析个性化身心护理干预对血液肿瘤患者的效果及可行性。方法:2017年10月-2020年10月收治血液肿瘤患者56例,随机分为两组,各28例。试验组接受个性化身心护理干预;对照组接受常规护理干预。比较两组患者不良心理状态评分和生活质量评分。结果:试验组护理后生活质量各项评分均显著高于参照组,焦虑及抑郁评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化身心护理干预对血液肿瘤患者的应用效果明显,能够提升患者生活质量,改善患者心理状态。

Objective:To analyze the effect and feasibility of personalized physical and mental nursing intervention on patients with hematologic tumor.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2020,56 patients with hematologic tumor were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 28 patients in each group.The experimental group received personalized physical and mental nursing intervention.The control group received conventional nursing intervention.The scores of adverse mental state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of personalized physical and mental nursing intervention on patients with hematologic tumor is obvious,can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the psychological state of patients.
