针对性护理在心力衰竭并心律失常患者中的应用

Application of targeted nursing in patients with heart failure and arrhythmia

目的:研究心力衰竭并心律失常患者接受针对性护理的临床效果。方法:2020年2-7月收治心力衰竭并心律失常患者124例,随机分为两组,各62例。观察组实施针对性护理;对照组实施常规护理。比较两组患者心功能指标水平、遵医依从性、不良情绪严重程度及护理质量。结果:观察组护理后左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径均低于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心力衰竭并心律失常患者进行针对性护理,不仅有利于改善患者心功能指标水平,同时可提高遵医行为,改善患者负面情绪,进而提升整体护理质量。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of targeted nursing for patients with heart failure and arrhythmia.Methods:From February to July in 2020,124 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 62 cases in each group.The observation group was given targeted nursing care.The control group received conventional nursing care.Cardiac function index level,compliance,severity of bad mood and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targent nursing for patients with heart failure and arrhythmia is not only beneficial to improve the level of cardiac function indexes of patients,but also can improve compliance behavior,improve patients'negative emotions,and then improve the overall quality of nursing.
