以家庭为中心的产科护理对预防产褥期产妇产后抑郁的临床有效性

Clinical effectiveness of family centered obstetric nursing in preventing postpartum depression of puerperal women

目的:观察以家庭为中心的产科护理对预防产褥期产妇产后抑郁的有效性。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治产褥期产妇60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组采用以家庭为中心的产科护理。比较两组产妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(EPDS)评分、自我效能(GSES)评分及产后抑郁发生率。结果:观察组护理后SAS评分、EPDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后GSES评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后抑郁发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的产科护理能够缓解产褥期产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高自我效能,预防产后抑郁的发生。

Objective:To explore the clinical effectiveness of family centered obstetric nursing in preventing postpartum depression of puerperal women.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,60 puerperal women were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given family centered obstetric nursing.We compared two groups of maternal anxiety(SAS)score,depression(EPDS)score,self-efficacy(GSEs)score and the incidence of postpartum depression.Results:In the observation group,after nursing,SAS score and EPDS score were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after nursing,GSEs score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of postpartum depression was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family centered obstetric nursing can relieve anxiety and depression of puerperal women,improve self-efficacy and prevent postpartum depression.
