分析儿童保健护理管理中营养指导的应用效果

Analysis of the application effect of nutrition guidance in children's health care and nursing management

目的:探讨儿童保健护理管理中营养指导的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2019年12月存在不同营养问题的儿童100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规保健护理;研究组在常规保健护理的基础上融入营养指导。比较两组营养状况改善情况及生长发育评分。结果:研究组营养状况总改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组语言能力、社交能力、精细动作及大运动等生长发育状况评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将营养指导合理融入儿童保健护理管理工作中,可保障其在最佳状态下生长发育,促其营养状况得到更为明显的改善。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nutrition guidance in children's health care and nursing management.Methods:From March 2019 to December 2019,100 children with different nutritional problems were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health care.The study group was integrated with nutritional guidance on the basis of routine health care.The improvement of nutritional status and the score of growth and development were compared between the two groups.Results:The total improvement rate of nutritional status in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The growth and development scores of the study group,such as language ability,social ability,fine motor,and big movement were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The reasonable integration of nutritional guidance into children's health care and nursing management can ensure their growth and development in the best condition and promote their nutritional status to be improved more obviously.
