提高妇女孕期社区围产保健服务质量的策略研究

Study on the strategy of improving the quality of perinatal health service in community during pregnancy

目的:研究提高妇女孕期社区卫生服务中心围产保健服务质量的策略。方法:选取社区内有生育意向的育龄妇女200例,分为两组,各100例。观察组接受孕期社区围产保健服务;对照组未接受孕期社区围产保健服务。比较两组孕妇产后结局。结果:观察组妊娠高血压疾病例数、阴道分娩例数、剖宫产例数、新生儿出生体重、妊娠糖尿病例数、产褥期感染例数均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇生活质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇女孕期社区围产保健服务能够有效地预防新生儿出生缺陷,降低母婴并发症。

Objective:To study the strategies to improve the quality of perinatal health care in community health service centers during pregnancy.Methods:200 women of childbearing age with childbearing intention in the community were selected and divided into the two groups with 100 cases in each group.The observation group received community perinatal health care service during pregnancy.The control group did not receive community perinatal health care service during pregnancy.The postpartum outcomes of pregnant women in the two groups were compared.Results:The cases of pregnancy induced hypertension,vaginal delivery,cesarean section,birth weight,gestational diabetes and puerperal infection in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of pregnant women in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community perinatal health care service for women during pregnancy can effectively prevent neonatal birth defects and reduce maternal and infant complications.
