个体化营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病并发妊娠期高血压患者的干预效果观察

Observation on the effect of individualized nutrition intervention on patients with GDM complicated with GH

目的:探讨个体化营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)并发妊娠期高血压(GH)患者的干预效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治GDM并发GH患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予孕期常规管理;观察组给予个体化营养干预。比较两组患者最终分娩情况,干预前后血糖、血压指标水平变化情况及分娩方式与分娩结局。结果:观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、收缩压及舒张压等指标水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组分娩方式优于对照组,剖宫产率明显低于对照组,分娩结局优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取个体化营养干预可有效调节GDM并发GH患者的血糖及血压水平,有利于改善分娩结局,降低剖宫产率,保障母婴安全。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nutritional intervention on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)complicated with gestational hypertension(GH).Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,100 patients with GDM complicated with GH were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management during pregnancy.The observation group was given individual nutrition intervention.The final delivery,the changes of blood glucose and blood pressure before and after intervention,the mode of delivery and the outcome of delivery were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mode of delivery in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the rate of cesarean section in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the delivery outcome in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nutrition intervention can effectively regulate the levels of blood glucose and blood pressure in patients with GDM complicated with GH,which is helpful to improve the delivery outcome,reduce the rate of cesarean section and ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
