重庆市篮球裁判队伍现状及影响因素研究

Research on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Basketball Referees in Chongqing

为了对重庆市篮球裁判员队伍现状及影响因素进行研究分析,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对重庆市篮球裁判队伍级别、地域分布、三大联赛裁判员、后备人才培养现状进行调查研究。结果表明:重庆市篮球裁判人数少、水平低;裁判员区域分布不合理,地区与地区之间发展不平衡;影响因素可分为物质、精神、文化三个层面,表现为:裁判员薪金报酬不足;缺乏职业球队;裁判员自身思想松懈;裁判员监管系统有待完善。

This paper analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of basketball referee team in Chongqing by means of literature,questionnaire and expert interview.The results show that the number of basketball referees in Chongqing is small and the level is low.The distribution of referees is unreasonable and the development between regions is unbalanced.The influencing factors can be divided into material,spiritual and cultural levels,which are manifested as:insufficient salary of referees,lack of professional teams,lax thinking of referees themselves,and the supervision system of referees to be improved.
