军事院校军事体育课程精细化教学探析

Exploration on Refined Teaching of Military Physical Education in Military Academies

随着军事院校教学改革的深入发展,军事体育课程精细化教学也越来越受到关注。本文借鉴精细化管理理念,结合军事院校军事体育课程教学的实际,以提高军事体育教学质量为目的进行分析,认为军事体育精细化教学:首先,要以“精”字为前提,夯实军事体育教学基础;其次,要以“细”字为重点,完善军事体育教学过程;最后,要以“化”字为精髓;三者有机结合,全面提高军事体育教学质量。

With the further development of teaching reform in military academies,more and more attention has been paid to the refined teaching of military physical education curriculum.This paper draws lessons from the concept of fine management,combines the reality of military physical education course teaching in military academies,and analyzes the purpose of improving the quality of military physical education teaching,and thinks that military physical education refined teaching should:first,take the word“accuracy”as the premise to consolidate the foundation of military physical education teaching;second,focus on the word“detail”to improve the process of military physical education teaching;finally,take the word“realization”as the essence,combine the three organically,to improve the quality of military physical education teaching in an all-round way.
