高校体育教师信息保障指标体系的构建

The Construction of Information Guarantee Index System for Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities

本研究采用文献资料法,特尔菲法、层次分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,意在为高校体育教师获取有效的信息提供理论依据,并为今后信息服务部门提供参考。研究表明,高效体育教师信息保障体系包括3个一级指标(专业能力信息、一般能力信息以及职业道德信息),10个二级指标(体育教学信息、体育科研信息、运动训练信息、运动康复与保健信息、社会体育指导信息、提高语言表达能力信息、态度认知信息、提高社会适应能力信息、职业素质信息、提升问题解决能力信息),以及39个三级指标,同时对指标的内涵进行相关释义。

This study adopts the methods of literature,Delphi,AHP,mathematical statistics,etc.,in order to provide theoretical basis for college physical education teachers to obtain effective information,and to provide reference for future information service departments.The research shows that the information guarantee system of efficient physical education teachers includes three first-class indicators(professional ability information,general ability information and professional ethics information),and ten second-class indicators(physical education teaching information,sports scientific research information,sports training information,sports rehabilitation and health care information,social sports guidance information,improving language expression ability information,attitude cognition information,and improving question solving ability information),as well as 39 third-class indicators.Meanwhile,the connotation of the indicators is explained.
