摘要
跳绳是一项具有上千年传统历史文化的运动,而花样跳绳是在传承传统跳绳的基础上结合舞蹈、体操、武术、街舞、毽球、音乐等多种元素的融合贯通,是一项全新型的运动项目,作为新兴运动项目,目前国内对花样跳绳的研究相比其他传统项目相对较少,且对于花样跳绳对少儿身体素质的研究更少。本文通过运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,以花样跳绳训练对少儿身体素质发展的影响为研究对象,对7—8岁少年儿童进行教学分组训练,对比花样跳绳和常规体育课对少年儿童训练前后速度、平衡、协调性、上肢力量、弹跳力等身体素质的影响。旨在为学生的锻炼提供更好的练习方法,为学生身体素质的提升提供理论和现实依据。
Rope jumping is a sport with thousands of years history and culture,and fancy rope jumping is based on the inheritance of traditional skipping rope,combining dance,gymnastics,martial arts,street dance,shuttlecock,music and other elements.It is a brand-new emerging sport.Current domestic research on this sport is relatively less than other traditional events,and there is less research on children’s physical fitness.In this paper,through the use of literature,experiment,and mathematical statistics,the effect of fancy rope jumping training on the development of children’s physical fitness is taken as the research object,group training for 7-8 years old children are conducted,and the comparison between fancy rope jumping and regular physical education classes for teenagers on speed,balance,coordination,upper body strength,and bounce power before and after training is made.It aims to provide better practice methods for students’exercise and provide theoretical and practical basis for the improvement of students’physical fitness.
