帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗儿童流行性感冒临床效果及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of peramivir sodium chloride injection in the treatment of children with influenza

目的针对儿童流行性感冒,运用帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液进行治疗,观察其临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月佛山市高明区人民医院儿科住院治疗确诊流感A型患儿200例,根据治疗方案不同对患儿进行分组,以接受磷酸奥司他韦治疗的100例患儿为对照组,以接受帕拉米韦治疗的100例患儿为治疗组。观察两组治疗方法缓解临床症状的疗效以及其对患儿血常规、治疗安全性的影响。结果两组患儿治疗后,在咳嗽、鼻塞、扁桃体红肿、发热等症状改善时间比较,治疗组均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿在治疗前各项血常规指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经药物治疗后,白细胞、淋巴细胞百分比和C反应蛋白有明显下降,中性粒细胞有明显上升,但治疗组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在呕吐、恶心、腹泻、白细胞减少等不良反应发生率方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比于磷酸奥司他韦,帕拉米韦能够帮助患儿血常规恢复正常,见效快、安全性好,易被患儿及家属接受,值得推广。

Objective To treat children with influenza by peramivir sodium chloride injection,and to observe its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods A total of 200 hospitalized children with influenza A admitted to the department of pediatrics in Foshan Gaoming District People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into the control group(n=100)and the treatment group(n=100)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate,while the treatment group was treated with peramivir.The therapeutic efficacy of both groups of treatment methods in relieving clinical symptoms,as well as its impacts on children's blood routine and treatment safety were observed.Results After treatment,the improvement time of symptoms such as cough,nasal congestion,tonsil redness and fever in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood routine indexes among children(P>0.05).After drug treatment,the percentage of white blood cells,lymphocytes and C reactive protein decreased significantly,while neutrophils increased significantly,but it was more obvious in the treatment group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as vomiting,nausea,diarrhea and leukopenia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with oseltamivir phosphate,peramivir can help children's blood routine return to normal,with quick efficacy and good safety,which is easy to be accepted by children and their families and is worthy of promotion.
