复方两面针漱口液与生理盐水在禁食患者口腔护理的效果对比

Comparison of the efficacy of compound Zanthoxylum nitidum gargle and normal saline on oral nursing of fasting patients

目的探讨在禁食患者的口腔护理干预中,复方两面针漱口液与生理盐水对口腔清洁度及舒适度的影响。方法选取泉州市正骨医院2019年7月至2020年10月接诊的禁食患者100例,通过随机抽签法排列法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例,分别采用生理盐水、自制复方两面针漱口液进行口腔擦拭护理干预,观察两组患者生物学指标、口腔黏膜并发症以及口干和舒适度情况。结果两组护理前口腔菌落数、牙齿清洁度、pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后口腔菌落数、牙齿清洁度低于对照组,pH值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组口腔溃疡病变发生率、口腔异味测评结果、舌苔白厚与舌苔黄厚发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组口干测评结果低于对照组,舒适度测评结果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方两面针漱口液可更好的保证禁食患者的口腔健康情况,控制菌落数、并发症与口干症状,提升口腔pH值、牙齿清洁度与舒适度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the impacts of compound Zanthoxylum nitidum gargle and normal saline on oral cleanliness and comfort in oral nursing intervention of fasting patients.Methods A total of 100 fasting patients admitted to Quanzhou Orthopedic-traumatological Hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number permutation method.Patients in each group were treated with normal saline and self-made compound Zanthoxylum nitidum gargle for oral wiping nursing intervention,and the biological indexes,oral mucosa complications,dry mouth and comfort of patients in the two groups were observed.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in oral bacterial colony count,tooth cleanliness and pH value between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the oral bacterial colony count and tooth cleanliness of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the pH values were all higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidences of oral ulcer,oral odor evaluation results,white and yellow thick tongue coating in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The test results of dry mouth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the test results of comfort were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Zanthoxylum nitidum gargle can better ensure the oral health of fasting patients,control the number of colonies,complications and the symptom of dry mouth,and improve the pH value,tooth cleanliness and comfort,which is worthy of promotion.
